Srikanth Iyer

I am currently a PhD student in the Electrical Engineering department at UCLA. My interests lie in the development of sensors and actuators using N/MEMS (Nano/Microelectromechanical Systems) technology. My PhD project focuses on identifying and modeling fundamental energy loss mechanisms in nanomechanical resonators as they are scaled to sub-micron thicknesses. I received my M.S. degree in EE from UCLA in 2013 and B.S. degree in EE from Stanford University in 2011.
